was taking proscar 1/2 tab every other day, minox and nizarol and

all was going great! hair coming back and i felt so confident. then with

a lot of family problems, bereavement etc i gave up on most things and

sluped into a depression. i resumed my fight against hairloss 2 month ago

and i'm amazed at the results! new regime.........

1 dutasteride cap daily

2 2000mg of saw palmetto daily

3 5mg of biotin daily

4 5mg B6 vitamin daily

5 15mg zinc daily

6 150 mg magnesium daily

still applying minox and using nizarol 2/3 times a week!

you gotta try this!

Glad you're experiencing success - but all those supplements must be expensive. Do you really need them? I tend to think that the Big 3 is more than enough.

£21 for 30 x dutas

£6.89 for 120 X 1000mg saw palmetto

£6 for 60 x 5mg biotin

£30 for 6mths minoxidil

as for the zinc, magnesium B6 its cheap enough at any outlet!

i am absolutely delighted with the progress, and would recommend

the additional meds on top of the big 3!

I'm curious as to why you're bothering with saw palmetto - most guys who use it think (wrongly) that it's a "natural" alternative to Propecia, but you're also using a real DHT-inhibitor - in fact, the most powerful one - as well, which seems a bit strange to me. Did you know that there's no evidence that saw palmetto is of any use for hair loss? Check out the link-

http://www.hairlosstalk.com/newsletter/article230.htm

Even if you did think that saw palmetto is effective, 0.5mg of dut daily inhibits something like 98.5% of DHT from 5ar2, and 50% from 5ar1... if you want even more DHT suppression (risky) you could just up your dose of dut to 2.5mg/day.

basically i read good reports on the product provillus.

clocked the ingredients, priced them up individually,

and thought why not combine! the results have amazed

me and to be honest, i had a shower before and examined

my hair at the front, and for the first time in 10 years its

thickening up and i'm delighted!

i use dr reddy's dutasteride (generic) as their products are

what my local pharmacy dispense. £21 x 30 inc P+P (5 days delivery)

Im not saying James Dean is lying or deluded but where has he read good reports on Provillus!? The only good reports i saw were on their actual site itself, where i got bought into buying some. And it didnt work

The reports i read were BAD reports i read later, on here etc
