Slaps 0 Report post Posted June 11, 2007 I was wondering if anyone has any information regarding the effectiveness of dermabrasion on skin irregularities in recip area, I had some minigrafts transplanted by into the lateral temporalis mounds and Im starting to think that its the cobblestones which cause the pluggyness, was wondering if i were to pluck these pubes and then get some dermabrasion on the scar then maybe the grafts would look more natural when the grew back. any advise would be appreciated
spex 0 Report post Posted June 13, 2007 Placement of grafts and appropriate use of grafts is vital to the authentisity of the HT. I would have thought your best option would be to have an appropriate session to one remove as much previous scaring as poss and also harvest an appropriate number of grafts to hit the area with a dense pack to camoflauge the previous mini grafts. This is usually the best approach - Obviously it all depends on your situ.
