Been using generic Proscar for a couple of months now and have found it to be no different to the "real" stuff, which had definately stopped my hairloss. I spoke to my GP about using generic products and he said as long as it was what it said it was, and I bought it from a reputable dealer, I should have no problems. As I don't think I'm allowed to say where I bought them from (is that right Bill?) all I will say is that if you type in "generic proscar" into any search engine and go with the first big UK company who supply from India, you should be OK!!! My latest supply cost me just under £50 for a year, and despite the websites warning, I didn't get asked to pay any VAT! Result!

If you have any doubts or concerns about using this product speak to your GP. I was surprised how much mine new about the subject. Or as Specs regulaly says, speak to his doctor, Dr Ashcroft, details on Spec's site which you will find on this forum.

I know what finasteride your on my friend, top stuff, same stuff and working great for me!
