get a pill cutter you cant get 5 perfect size pieces but it sorta dose the trick. as long as you get the proscar in your system you will be fine

just try and bite into five mate.....you seem to get the nac after a few goes...

The proscar I take is a small blue pill in an almost triangular shape - if yours is the same try cutting the top off with a sharp blade. This then makes the remaining bit into a sort of rectangle shape which can be halved and then halved again. It only takes a few goes before you get it right! Give it a go and let me know how you do!

the really good news is that my shredding seems to have stopped! However the bad news is that whilst im getting a few greay hairs, im not bothered about the colour (although im getting some of that Fo-Ti spex recommended), im more worried about the hair going "wirey"!! That would be messed up!

Good tip. That's what I do - cut the top off with a knife and then use the pill cutter on the rest. It doesn't matter if the sizes aren't exactly the same, as someone already said - as long as it's in your system. In fact there was a graph specs posted a while ago that showed .4 mg had almost the same effect as 1 mg.
