agree with jay jay...my doctor said there was nothing I could do and would have to accept the fact I was going bald!!!

omg, tell me about it - some GPs are right bastards! If they don't know anything about hair-loss, they should simply admit to it and refer you to someone that does! ffs!!! so freaking arrogant!!!!!

you can try boots baggle, or you can try some online pharmacies that do it cheaper. Be sure to get the 2%.

I don't think Nizoral on its own will do much, unless they tell you to apply it twice a day, every day - but they don't advise for or against that anywhere - it's not widely known as a hair-loss preventer. There is an article somewhere on Pubmed tho, where they tried it on rats and it grew their hair back - but i don't know what dosage they used and how often they applied it. There doesn't seem to be a hair-loss regime out there for Nizoral on its own, so I only use it as a supplement to minoxidil.

dont use it more then 2 or 3 times aweek its strong stuff

Monday and a Thursday for me...

well on this link:

Nizoral Dosage

it says to apply it every day for the first 14 days, and then to apply twice a week. I'm doing that, just finished my hectic 14-days of leaving it in my hair for 4 minutes (i'm in need of some deep conditioning now, lol Nizoral sux at that field of haircare).
