Hi,
After years of not even concidering medications for Hair loss, Ive taken the plunge and bought 3 months' supply of Nizorol, and Regaine (both from Amazon.co.uk). I intend to use Nizorol twice a week and Regaine twice a day.
I intend to post to post pics of my scalp every month.

And advice / comments from you guys ?
My loss on crown is pretty extensive (http://www.hairtransplantnetwork.com/blog/journal.asp?CopyID=3508&WebID=1253).
Personally, I'd be amazed if I get any re-growth (maybe Im cynical?) but I'll give it a go.
Also intend to start Proscar when I can figure out how to get it!

hope you get good results smile.gif

For Proscar you should definetely give Dr. Ashcroft a ring/email - It's genuine, and cheaper than you'll find just about anywhere else.

If you have extra money to spare you could try a hair-stimulator like tricomin spray, or a stimulating shampoo like Revita /Alpecin.

good luck!

results after 1 month minox (Regaine) twice a day, and Nizorol twice a week.

First impressions: It makes your hair very greasy - and look thinner then it did before, so I tend to put it on first thing in the morning, 1hour before shower, and then later on at night.

No visible improvement. I am very sceptical at the moment - even if it does work, I cant see myself applying this horrible stuff twice a day for the rest of my life! Still I will continue to apply religiously for this experiment!Click to view attachment

Results after 2.5 month on "Regaine" twice a day: (and Nizoral twice a week)

Mmm... any change. I think not. Too early to see any change?
Q:
Had anyone every used Regaine/Rogaine/Minox for more than, say, a year?
