Hi guys

When i first was given my minoxidil- the leaflet that came from the ********* centre said that at first you may see upto 10% of your hair come out due to shredding- basically the minoxidil is forcing the dead hairs to come out quickly. Is this true?

Secondly, when i apply my minoxidil to the crown area i seem to cause more hair to come out from applying the cream? Can this be avoided? Or is it normal because you have to make sure to rub the cream into the scalp?
