Hi

I am thinking of adding this to compliment Proscar. Has anyone had any experience of minox/minox foam i.e. is it worth adding or a waste of money?

Cheers

There was a study suggesting that the best hair counts were generated by a combination of finasteride and minoxidil. Probably worth it if you want to maximise your chances of seeing any regrowth.

I've been using Minox foam for a while now and I much prefer it to the normal stuff. It's quicker drying and not so messy.

Hi Harry.

Sorry, forgot about this thread..

I used the original minox years ago and only for a few weeks, got fed up with it..

am using the foam now... (much better to use than I remember the other stuff was) only as an experiment after my HT with Dr F last month... there is mixed views about it but more positive than negative.. by that I mean for retaining hair.. have seen good great results on regrowth but these are very rare..

Still.. worth a go.

Cheers

Hi Tim,

Do you have a link for the Minox foam? Apparently the gel is good - does anybody have a link for this on the net? Ta
