Well I have been unsing the alpecian double effects
for a couple of months now, and it seems ok

I have reduiced the nizarol back to once a week
and use the alpecian in between that, I havent had
any shedding or skin problems from it, but its not magicly
grown lots of hair ether .

I Will buy another bottle and carry on with it for now
