ARNICA - tablet ARNICARE - cream another homeopathic medicine thingy !!

Sorry to ask about yet another "healing" product but a very close friend of mine who knows I am seeing DR Feller seems to be on a mission to help me, cant complain..

Told me she used it in tablet form before and after a cosmetic surgery she had and also to use the cream version to help in healing, says on the box for brusing etc..

She said it seemed to work and helped heal her and reduce redness etc .. just wondered if anyone else had come across it ?

PS. I promise I am not a rep for any of this gear !!
