....happened to be in Boots today with the other half for xmas shopping part 55 and while having my usual crafty glance at hair products noticed regaine have a gel,is this new and have any of our members tried it?

i`ve never seen this but with being gel it may stay wet on your head therefor applying concealer may be a problem.

I use gel everyday as it sort of disguises my plugs... do you think this would be worth a go ? Also.. anyone had any experience with something I have just read about.. Pregain.. a shampoo ??

Yes u can def get the gel in boots i think its about £30 for month supply.

Hi all... Gel arrived but just posted my thoughts on the Dutasteride thread... dont seem to be able to cut and paste to this post !! bloody Vista... having some major problems... I miss XP !!

Anyway... amount of Gel per application seems a little small !!

Will have to wait a few days before I can use !! see other post as dont want to bore everyone again..

i hope it works for you mate and keep us posted but as with most meds you will have to use it for 6 months or so to see if there are any results.

Just looking at the Regaine website, and the gel is only 2% minoxidil!!?

You'd be better off ordering the Rogaine foam (5%) from one of those sites that import it from the USA. 5% formulations are more effective than 2%.
