is it good to take a zinc tablet every day along with the big 4.
i read somwere that zinc causes insoluble salts that stop the active ingredients in minox to from working
anybody heard this

I dont know where everyone is recently marky, when i started on this forum it was pretty busy. anyway i dont know much about zinc myself but i read on another thread that it helps ur hair to grow faster, and somebody mentioned they were going to try it themselves as they had heard nothing but good about it. wait anyway for specs or somebody to reply.
