Im 31, using finasteride and minox 5%. My hair is ok, not a lot of problems, but I want it to stay taht way!

There are theories that say that alcohol produces some substances (I can't remember the precise name), which efectively attack the follicle, therefore inducing hair loss. For this reason, I'm thinking of trying lipoxidil products, of which some contain no alcohol, but liposomes as a vehicle of transmitting the minoxidil to the dermis.

Now, the problem is, naturally, that I woudn't want to interrumpt something known (commercial minox), for something more expensive that perhaps has even less effect (lipoxidil minox).

In particular, Im thinking of the new lipoxidil pro-6, with 6% minox and no alcohol at all.

Has anybody tried these products, and dd they work? Do you think that the company (lipoxidil) is a serious one, and are not just experimenting with fanciful theories that in reality have little, if no effect at all?
