I am going to be ordering some MSM to take leading up and for after my procedure.

They come in all different MG's people on here seem to take 3000mg.

Is that made up of 1 pill a day?

is it a few pills to add up to 3000mg?

I have been told that if you take 3000mg straing away its not good for you. They say lead up to taking 3000mg a day.

Just get it from Holland and Barret. I take 4 x 750mg tablets.

How do you take them?

1 in the morning, 1 day 1 afternoon and 1 night.

does it matter if you take them at different times?

I take them all together in the morning. Makes my nails grow like crazy as well as my hair

Only 2g/day, but I can say that my nails and my thickest hair are growing so fast now
