I'm currently looking for the best kind of treatment to help reduce the reseeding of my hair (as shown below) and maybe help start to re-grow the hair follicles (if possible)

What's everybody's recommendation?

I'm afraid there aren't any pills or potions that will re-grow the hair in the area circled. A hair transplant is the only way to restore hair in that area.

if you only want the circled area on each side doing you would have to have FUE (ie. the doctor would remove one hair at a time from the back of your head instead of removing a strip of scalp). Here's an example of FUE prices A lunchtime session of 200 grafts might be enough or slightly more. FUE is a lot more expensive than strip (FUT) per hair but for such a small area you wouldn't want strip. 100 into each side might do it as 100 would cover 2 sq. cm of scalp. You would have to send your pic to the doctor though to verify that.
