As the title reads, what do they do?
They surely can't regrow hair, do they thicken existing hairs? From using Propecia and Foam, I have loads of thin hairs on the temple, and if they thickened up my hair wud look 10 times better. |

I've come to the conclusion that MSM does absolutely nothing for hair. There's very little research to back up the claims made for it. When it comes to hair loss, there's Propecia, minoxidil, Nizoral and that's it.

MSM will NOT regrow hair but it does speed up hair and nail growth IMHO!
