Hi there people if you have tried Toppik then you should try NANOGEN its very similair to Toppik except its not messy like Toppik can be.This gives you excellent coverages within 30secs of use.Its really good for people that have had HT's which would like abit more coverage maybe until there waiting to get another procedure.

Agree with you DaMo_HaIr

I have said before that Nanogen is my favourite concealer,

It is just so easy to apply.

Concealers are really products that people either love or hate.

Everyone has their favorite but usually after the try Nanogen they are converted.

I agree nanogen is good.

But can it be used together with Regaine? Because it must get a bit tricky apply Regaine while the nanogen is in the hair?

would it actually do anything on mine? Look how bad it is:

If so, how long does the effect last for? Does it go if it's hit by a lot of sunlight etc..? Is there a time limit till it's gone like in that movie Darkman when the skin starts bubbling hehe.

Can you still "touch" your hair with this, or does it come off with a lot of contact. Also, does it still look like normal hair, from the pictures it looked really ruff when applied.

OK a few more questions, haha. If I run or sweat will it come off, or will it come off if you wear a hat? and how long does it last, do you apply daily/weekly? oh and last one does it still feel/look like real hair, cuase i dont want something that feels/looks like plastic.

Mikey if you sweat it still stays there. It will only come of once you wash it with shampoo.Otherwise it will stay on there for days.It is actual real hair that is cut up so it looks very natural.Nobody would ever know that you have it in.It just sticks to your other hairs at the base filling in those gaps.

Can you explain why if you don't work for nanogen you seem to be their spokesperson? You are extolling its virtues practically non-stop .If anyone mentions nanogen you reply immediately. Someone said that the spray smelled and you said 'Oh no, I think it smells like coconut, it is lovely.'
Are you just a regular customer? Let others read your posts and decide if they are balanced and from a genuine customer.
What kind of discussion board is this? I noticed that when anyone suggests a product they use that isn't nanogen or Toppik it gets thrown off! All take notice my message will be thrown off soon!

Hello just had a look at this stuff , sounds pretty scary .
Have you suffered from any side effects .

Important Information: PROSCAR is for use by MEN ONLY. Women who are or may potentially be pregnant must NOT use PROSCAR and should not handle crushed or broken tablets of PROSCAR because of the risk of a specific kind of birth defect.

PROSCAR may cause side effects. Side effects due to PROSCAR may include impotence (an inability to have an erection) or less desire for sex. Some men taking PROSCAR may have changes or problems with ejaculation, such as a decrease in the amount of semen released during sex. This decrease in the amount of semen does not appear to interfere with normal sexual function. In some cases these side effects went away while the patient continued to take PROSCAR. In addition, some men may have breast enlargement and/or tenderness. You should promptly report to your doctor any changes in your breasts such as lumps, pain, or nipple discharge.

What does this stuff feel like to touch ? Does it feel like real hair or something else ? Can you comb or brush your hair with this in ? Any other info on texture ?

hi guy`s....
been reading all these post...
i`ve had transplants on my front half hairline and am currently on week 15...i`m now sprouting hair and it`s great.
however i`m still very thin on the crown and will have a further session next year to address this...
at the moment i have a grade 2 haircut all over whilst the grafts mature and the plan is to allow my new hair to grow after the new year....now in the meantime i`m using nanogen concealer for the crown.
i only use this when i go out socialising as i wear a hardhat all day at work, nanogen is a non-harming fibre that once applicated will use the body`s static charge to `stand on end`.
i then use a non-perfumed hairspray to lock it in( this is similar to the locking spray)..
as i point i use a mixture of light & medium brown nanogen for a more natural appearence.
as another point my sister apply`s mine and does so very well to give the effect of a thinning crown - not a bald one...
i have an opinion on most things and this seems like a harmless cosmetic and does exactly what it say`s on the tin....however it is a stop gap for anyone who hasn`t done anything about their hair,my suggestion is get it sorted permanantly as i`ve done....you won`t look back.!!!

good luck people & i hope i`ve helped

I've just bought some and it semms to be very good. Only problem was the colour I ordered is a bit dark so It looks like I've dyed my hair if I put too much on. Just need to get a lighter colour.

When i put this on and spray it to hold it looks great. However if i really rub my hands through my hair later it seems to come out a bit and leave patches. i have a grade 3 cut if thats any help. Should this happen or am I doing something wrong ?

Hi - Just to up-date. I'm still using 'micro-fiber' products on my hair. I've tried just about everyone there is I think, all with more or less the same results. I've even used the spray version, and found that surprisingly good ! I'm currently buying from a French web-site that I found while surfing the net : - chutedecheveux, info - The people there are very helpful ..... they even answer in English ! Well worth a look if your in the market for these products.

all these products have the same ingredients ,apart from the sprays which i find aren`t very good.
therefor you get the same results, only difference is the price.you pay more for the branded names
i prefer to use instant hair off ebay as you get more for your money and it comes in a see through container
so you know when its running out.
on the locking sprays i use the wifes impulse hairspray which works as well as anything and is a lot cheaper
